DESCRIPTION 

Additional Language for Helix Ultimate-based templates, is a professional plugin for Joomla! that injects translations into the backend interface of Helix Ultimate-based templates. It translates panels, modals, buttons, and interface elements without modifying original core files, preserving icons and DOM structure. Supports any language via configurable JSON files, automatically detecting the active administrator language.

WHAT PROBLEM DOES IT SOLVE?

Helix Ultimate's administration interface is primarily in English. Even though language packs exist, many dynamic elements (preset modals, column options, mega menu) remain untranslated. This plugin intercepts rendering and replaces texts in real time.

HOW IT WORKS

The plugin executes during the backend's onAfterInitialise event. It loads translations from .ini files and injects them as a JavaScript object (window.__alamarteLang). A script equipped with a MutationObserver detects when Helix renders panels or modals and replaces English strings with their translated equivalents while preserving icons and attributes.
