2. Digital Products

The store primarily sells extensions and other digital products developed or distributed under the trade name Alamarte Engineering. No physical delivery is provided unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.

Each product will indicate its features, version, compatibility, technical requirements, availability and any other relevant conditions before the purchase is completed.

3. Prices and Payments

The applicable price will be the amount displayed during the purchase process before the order is confirmed. Any taxes, charges or additional amounts that are legally applicable will be disclosed before the transaction is completed.

Electronic payments may be processed through Wompi or other payment methods enabled in the store. The availability of each payment method may vary depending on the country, currency, amount or conditions established by the payment service provider.

An order will be considered paid only after the transaction has been successfully confirmed by the payment system and that confirmation has been received by the store.

4. Delivery and Download

Once payment has been confirmed, the digital product will be made available to the purchaser through the mechanisms enabled in their account, order or download area.

Unless the product page specifies a different period, access to the digital product will be enabled after successful payment confirmation.

The purchaser is responsible for providing a valid email address and securely maintaining the credentials associated with their account.

5. Updates and Support

Unless the product page expressly establishes different conditions, the purchase of an Alamarte Pro extension includes twelve (12) months of access to updates and support from the date of purchase.

Initially, the update and support service is provided for one (1) website. This condition limits only the commercial services associated with the purchase and does not modify the rights granted under the applicable software licence.

Renewal is optional. At the end of the contracted period, the installed extension will continue to function and the purchaser will retain the version obtained. However, access to new protected updates and included support will end until a renewal is completed.

6. Software Licence

The purchase does not transfer ownership of the product's copyright. Each extension is distributed under the licence specified in its package and in the corresponding product information.

When an extension is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), the rights to use, modify and redistribute granted by that licence remain fully in effect.

Keys, credentials or authentication mechanisms that may be used to access commercial download, update or support services are intended to validate those services and do not restrict the rights over the code granted by the GPL.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Where legally applicable, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the five (5) business days provided by Colombian law, calculated according to the nature of the transaction and the applicable provisions.

Due to the digital nature of the products offered, the store may request the purchaser's express consent to begin delivery or enable the download immediately after payment confirmation.

This consent will not be interpreted as a waiver of any non-waivable rights recognized to the consumer. The applicability of the right of withdrawal will be determined in accordance with current Colombian law, taking into account the nature of the product or service and any legally established exceptions.

When withdrawal applies to an e-commerce transaction, the refund will be made within the maximum period established by applicable law once the consumer has fulfilled the applicable requirements.

8. Payment Reversal

Payment reversal is a mechanism different from the right of withdrawal. Where applicable under Colombian law and when payment has been made using an electronic payment instrument, reversal may be requested in the circumstances established by law, including fraud, an unauthorized transaction, failure to receive the product, delivery of a product that does not correspond to what was ordered, or a defective product.

The request must be made within the applicable time limits and following the procedure established by current regulations, including submitting a claim to the provider and notifying the issuer of the payment instrument where applicable.

9. Compatibility and Technical Requirements

Before making a purchase, the user must verify the Joomla!, PHP and other technical requirements indicated on the product page.

Alamarte will seek to maintain clear and up-to-date information regarding product compatibility. An incompatibility with versions, extensions, templates, services or environments that are not expressly indicated as compatible does not, by itself, constitute a product defect.

10. Account and Credentials

When a product requires a user account to access downloads, updates or support, the purchaser is responsible for keeping their information up to date and protecting their access credentials.

Personal credentials, update keys or other mechanisms used to access commercial services must not be published or shared in a manner that allows third parties to use services contracted for a different website or account.

11. Customer Service and Claims

Questions, requests, complaints or claims related to purchases made through the store may be submitted by email to .

The request must include the information necessary to identify the purchaser and, where applicable, the order or transaction number. The necessary traceability will be maintained to follow up on the request in accordance with the obligations applicable to e-commerce.

12. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes. The terms applicable to a purchase will be those in effect and accepted at the time the order is placed, without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions that may apply.

13. Applicable Law

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights and any other rules that may be applicable.
